I decided to try the Common SENSE Diet after
years of feeling tired and having little energy. The Common SENSE
Diet gave me an easy to follow eating plan that I hoped would
finally rid me of these problems. After following it for 2 weeks
the results were amazing. I no longer felt like
snacking through the day as the foods I was eating sustained me for
much longer. My energy levels really did increase, which meant that
sessions at the gym were something to look forward to (in the past I
had found it so hard to summon up the energy to even get to the
gym) and as a bonus I managed to lose those extra few pounds.
I have now been on the eating plan for
just over 5 months and it is now a way of life I eat out at
weekends and have the occasional treat but I adopt the 80/20
approach suggested in the programme really does work for me.
I only wish I had started this
earlier so I could have avoided the many fad diets and
eating plans I had previously been on. |
