“I work a 50-60 hour week as a business woman, and have a family with a husband, 3 children and a dog. Needless to say, I would feel tired all the time and rely on coffee and chocolate to keep me going.

I needed to lose a few stone so I decided to give the Common SENSE Diet a go. I’d found it on the internet and it seemed like the kind of thing that would help me. I actually expected that I’d feel tired and hungry because that’s the way I felt on other diets in the past. However I was amazed to find that I actually had more energy than I’ve ever had before. My biggest problem used to be that I always used to get really tired at the end of the morning and end of the afternoon…not any more! And I don’t need the coffee either”
