I work a 50-60 hour
week as a business woman, and have a family with a husband, 3
children and a dog. Needless to say, I would feel tired all the time
and rely on coffee and chocolate to keep me going.
I needed to lose a few stone so I decided
to give the Common SENSE Diet a go. Id found it on the internet and
it seemed like the kind of thing that would help me. I actually
expected that Id feel tired and hungry because thats the way I
felt on other diets in the past. However I was amazed to find that
I actually had more energy than Ive ever had
before. My biggest problem used to be that I always used to get
really tired at the end of the morning and end of the afternoon

any more! And I dont need the coffee either |
