“I used to suffer withhay fever every year, regular as clockwork. I thought it was just something that I suffered from – everyone has something and this was mine. I thought I ate a really healthy diet, low fat, lots of carbohydrates, bread, pasta, fruit, low fats spreads etc.

My Common SENSE Diet plan told me to minimize processed wheat, dairy and sugar. I now eat more proteins and fats than I used to. I’ve found I really enjoy smoked fish, avocadoes and olives, which I rarely used to eat. It was a little strange to start with but it seems perfectly natural now and I’m free of my hay-fever!”
