Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not
be easier. Simply browse our catalogue, and click on any items that
you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once
you have completed your selection, click on "order" and you will be asked
to provide details so that your order can be processed.
If you have ordered Herbalife products, a nutritional coach may
contact you to provide further details.
We accept credit card payment through our
HSBC secure e-payments account. By
purchasing online your credit card details are actually more secure
than a normal retail transaction.
We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. We do
not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items
are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling
We reserve the right to impose a reasonable
charge for postage & packing as necessary. Where possible, this
will be displayed at the time of sale. We aim to ensure that this
information is as accurate as possible. If, for any reason, there
are any changes to shipping arrangements, we will make contact with you
before processing payment and shipping your goods.
Delivery Schedule
Normal delivery time for shipped goods "not downloadable
CSD" is 10-14 days, however, please allow 28 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will inform
you by return email & give you the option of awaiting delivery
with a timescale, making a new purchase or cancelling the order.
Tax Charges
VAT at 17.5% is included in all prices. Any
changes to the VAT rate will be automatically added to prices in
line with Custom & Excise directives.
Credit Card Security
Credit card purchasing is completely secure.
SENSE uses the HSBC secure e-payments platform. All credit card
numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using
128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our
computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We want our customers to buy in complete
confidence. We endeavour to provide accurate photographs and
descriptions of our products of the highest quality to allow
customers to see exactly what they are purchasing.
If for any reason, a customer is
dissatisfied with any purchase it may be returned within
30 days for a complete refund*. These terms do not affect the
Buyer's statutory rights, according to the laws of England & Wales.
*On purchases of the Common SENSE Diet,
refunds may be subject to a small administration charge.
For any product purchased outside of
www.common-sense-diet.co.uk, guarantees are provided by the
specified retailer.
Returns Policy
Returns made under the 30 day guarantee must be in their original
packaging & condition in order to qualify for the full refund.
Items returned for any reason (e.g. faulty) must be pre-authorised
by email. A description of the product, purchase date and fault
should be emailed and if accepted a return authorization will be
issued.
