Health is built from the inside out. Our body is made up of trillions of cells. To be healthy, we need to make sure that we give each of these little cells the right nutrients. Sometimes our bodys bio-chemistry becomes imbalanced. For example, our cells become to acidic or too alkaline or our hormones get thrown out of balance. What we eat effects how healthy we are, our energy levels and our weight. The food we eat interacts with hormones and enzymes in our body.
We are all individuals and each persons hormones, enzymes and bio-chemistry work in a unique way. Therefore, we all need different foods to feel good, be healthy and manage our weight.
When we eat the food that our own body needs:
If we eat foods that are not right for our body, its like putting petrol into a diesel engine. The result is that we dont get good, sustained energy. If we imagine each of our cells like a little engine, if we get the right fuel into our engines, well have great energy. When were healthy, deep down inside, our body will lose weight. Healthy humans only carry enough body fat to survive.
