I was confident of my choice to become vegetatrian and had always been fairly
sure of what my body needed. Now I look back I was lethargic, had aching muscles and little stamina.
I also suffered with terrible PMT which took up two weeks of the month.
After taking part in the Common SENSE Diet and finding out that I really needed to eat red meat
everything has changed. My PMT is down to one, maybe two days, but incredibly manageable and
non-disruptive now and anxious swings in blood sugar levels are a thing of the past.
My energy has increased hugely and I'm actually enjoying exercise rather than dragging myself through it.
My ability to concentrate has improved and I'm feeling very trim thank you very much.
Going on the Common SENSE Diet has been a real education and very liberating. I love eating right
for my type! Thank you. |
